Chuck is a leading commercial real estate developer / broker in the Chicago metropolitan area.
Chuck leads Van Vlissingen and Co.'s commercial real estate development, management, and brokerage efforts as the company's president. He has extensive experience working with companies in build-to-suits, leases, purchases, property management and relocation over the past twenty-five years with over eight million square feet of space developed in Van Vlissingen campuses and over one billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions. Chuck holds a Masters Degree in Management (with honors) from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and is an honors graduate of Stanford University (Phi Beta Kappa). He has broad experience in real estate and in depth knowledge of the north suburban Chicago office and industrial market. He is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute, NICAR (Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors), a director of the Lake-Cook TMA, and is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker. Chuck also is a Director and Member of the Executive Committee of Lake County Partners (Lake County's public /private economic development partnership) and serves as Chairmain of Transportation Committee.
